1. Acceptance and use of the service
Global ATLAS Academy (“we,” “our”) provides an online ISEE preparation platform including practice quizzes, full-length exams, progress tracking, flashcards, and subscription plans. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful study and preparation. You must not:
- Share your account or credentials, or allow others to take quizzes or exams on your behalf for the purpose of misrepresenting your own performance.
- Copy, scrape, or bulk-download questions, answers, or content for use outside the platform without our permission.
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to send spam or malicious content.
- Attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls, or to probe or disrupt our systems.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.
3. Account and content
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The practice questions, exams, and learning content we provide are for your personal use as part of the service. You do not acquire ownership of that content. Your progress data (scores, attempts, preferences) is associated with your account and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans (Essential, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may have a free trial period; after that, you will be charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard or via your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law or at our discretion.
Price changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. If you have a dispute about a charge, contact us; you may also contact your payment provider.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in any particular test score or admission outcome. Practice content is for study purposes only and may not reflect the exact format or difficulty of any specific administration of the ISEE. We are not affiliated with the ISEE or its owner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service or these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global ATLAS Academy and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
8. Changes to terms or service
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice in the product. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and may cancel your subscription.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
